"Bulldozer" only time tested effective tool to curb communal violence.

 "Law will take it's own course", can we deal with this kind of approach with habitual perpetrators of communal violence?

 Yesterday, we saw on TV the accused of communal violence being taken to Rohini court, however we could notice, there were no signs of remorse on their faces. In fact, all of them were behaving as if they had done some "heroic acts". Probably, they were right. They are habitual violators of law and they know, poor investigation, lack of credible evidence and leftist high profile advocates, NGOs, secular political parties will help them go Scot free ultimately. Akbaruddin owaisi was acquitted recently, several accused of East Delhi riots in 2020 have got bail/have been discharged. All the accused of communal violence of Jahangir puri too will get bail/will be discharged in coming weeks due to above-said reasons and then they will be free to give effect to third incident of communal violence in Delhi and incidents of communal violence will go on in Delhi.

For the above reason, Bulldozer baba has used bulldozers to punish perpetrators of communal violence in U.P. and CMs of M.P. and Gujarat have started following the same. Success of bulldozers in curbing communal violence in U.P. suggests that probably Delhi too might be forced to implement the same method, if rulers of Delhi have any serious intent to prevent recurrence of communal violence.

 Delhi CM , for his vote bank reason shall never support bulldozer as a tool to punish perpetrators of  communal violence in Delhi and hence now it is left to central govt to use this method to help Delhi get rid of communal violence. If Delhi CM shirks his responsibilty, should the central govt not intervene for lasting peace and in the interests of people of Delhi? In two years, Delhi has experienced two incidents of communal violence, now people of Delhi can't afford third incident of communal violence and hence let centre intervene and bulldozz potential incidents of  communal violence in Delhi permanently.

After all, despite their leftist/Islamist ideology, even they need money. If people are changing even they have to change for their survival.

Last year, when many Indians like me supported Donald Trump during presidential elections, we were criticised and  were made fun  of  that how any sensible person can support Donald Trump? Frankly speaking, despite being aware of his many shortcomings/weaknesses, we supported Trump because we genuinely felt good or bad, Donald Trump is a strong leader and U.S. needed a strong leader like Trump in larger global interest. Ever since, U.S. is falling down in the esteem of people. Look at what they did in Afghanistan and what they are doing in case of Ukraine. World is much safer under global leadership of U.S. If global leader role of U.S. is replaced by China, world will become very unsafe. However, what to do, if U.S. is hell-bent upon abandoning their global leadership role in favour of China.

It's a hard reality that out of #RussiaUkraineConflict, only gainer happens to be China and rest of other players like U.S., other Nato countries, Russia, Ukraine etc. emerge big losers. It's unfortunate but this is a sad reality.

5th day of War and Ukraine yet to be won over/ fully occupied by Russian army. In the beginning of war, it looked like within four days, Russian army shall win over  Ukraine's capital Kiev and Ukraine president  Volodymyr Zelensky shall kneel down before Russian dispensation. However same doesn't seem to be happening. Though within two days, Ukraine's 2nd biggest City Kharkiv was won over by Russian Army but latest news is, as per Ukraine's claim, Khakiv has been wrested back by them. And Kiev yet to be far from reach of Russian army. Within four days,official casualty figure of Russian army  has climbed up  to 4300. It's a huge number and if war prolongs, figure of casualty of Russian army is projected to be 50, 000.

Looks like Russia seems to be in trouble. They would have never expected such resistance from a relatively small and less powerful nation like Ukraine. Though Russian army is among the most powerful in world, however they have to take on a very motivated Ukraine under  leadership of President Zelensky. Despite being main target of attack  of Russia, Zelensky holds on. He continues to be on ground motivating his army and citizens. Today, every citizen of Ukraine is willing to wear army uniform and fight russian army to defend their country from Russian invasion. And a motivated leadership/army/citizens of Ukraine keeps Russian army at bay. It's beyond one's imagination that Russia shall finally lose the battle, however, it's a fact that motivated small nation committed to protect their independent identity has ruffled the second most powerful army of the world. Alas, same spirit was shown by Afghan army and common Afghans last year to take on Talibanes instead of meekly allowing themselves  to be subjugated by atrocious #talibanes.

Looks like, Rahul Gandhi is determined to fulfill dream of PM Narendra Modi, "Congress Mukt Bharat"

Harish Rawat shunted out by top leadership of Congress just before uttarakhand elections. Uttarakhand traditionally shuffles between Congress and BJP and that way Congress would have been considered favorite to win coming elections and who else other than Harish Rawat , the tallest leader of Congress, would have done this job better for Congress. However, his tweets suggest that while he was strategizing to win Uttarakhand elections, he has been shunted out. Nothing unusual for Congress leadership currently led by Rahul Gandhi. He did the same thing in Punjab too. While Congress under leadership of Captain Amrinder Singh might have easily won Punjab elections, Congress leadership instead of continuing him as CM and fight assembly elections collectively and unitedly under him, they humiliated him and unceremoniously removed him from the post of CM and made sure that he left Congress . As a consequence, from the position of clear victory, Congress is now engaged in equal fight with three other  major political parties/alliances in Punjab elections.

 Looks like Rahul Gandhi is the biggest supporter of PM Narendra Modi trying to fulfill his dream "Congress Mukt Bharat",

 In what ways? Answer is, In following ways:

1. His press conference is now at least once every day. 

2. Through his confident mannerisms during these PCs, he is reassuring Delhiwallas like last time, no need to worry. Delhi govt is well prepared for any eventuality. We have sufficiency of everything, hospital beds, oxygen, critical drugs etc.

However for any eventuality too, he is absolutely ready in following ways:

1.He is ready with list of all those items, he has to ask from centre. He will release this list as soon as he finds  #Omicron knocking the doors of Delhi Wallas. In such a situation, he will start asking the centre through his live press conferences on national tv channels, Delhi is left with stock of only 24 hours for such and such items. Centre must provide those items, otherwise people will begin to die and for that PM Modi will be personally held accountable.

2. His legal team too is ready with draft petitions to be filed with Supreme Court and Delhi High Court, directing Central govt to full fill their responsibility to help tackle #Omicron in Delhi. And such hearings shall be conducted on daily basis, until the time  Delhi CM Kejriwal says, such items are now in abundance.

Do we have any other CM in the country working so hard to tackle #Omicron in their states?

Sorry twitter, You are not above a democratically elected govt!

Social Media platforms can't dictate terms to democratically elected Governments. They must comply to law of land and they must stop interfering in the domestic politics, taking sides on behalf of political parties. If they are allowed their way, they would suspend twitter account of PM Narendra Modi just before 2024 general elections as they did with Donald Trump during recently concluded elections in U.S..

Russia's PM Putin was correct that U.S. Social Media giants like Twitter, Facebook etc. are trying to compete with elected governments. While electoral process was underway in U.S., twitter suspended account of Donald Trump, why because "leftist" leaning Twitter wanted rightist Donald Trump to lose elections.

 French President Macron felt so much angry with twitter suspending account of  democratically elected U.S. president Trump and "suddenly cutting his mic(microphone)" in the last phase of electoral process  that he remarked

"I don’t want to live in a democracy where the key decisions… is decided by a private player, a private social network. I want it to be decided by a law voted by your representative, or by regulation, governance, democratically discussed and approved by democratic leaders.”German Chancellor Angela Merkel found banning of account of Trump  altogether was a step too far. She said that governments, not private companies, should decide on any limitations to freedom of speech.

What Twitter had done with Donald Trump earlier, given the choice they may repeat the same with Indian PM Narendra Modi too just before 2024 general elections . Twitter is trying to directly indulge in  politics of India by taking sides and give unfair advantage to political parties opposed to PM Modi because leftist leaning Twitter is opposed to nationalist and rightist Narendra Modi. Leftist leaning twitter every now and then keeps suspending twitter accounts of nationalists/rightists on slightest pretext but at the same time remaining blind to hate speeches of Leftists/Islamists. While they were too quick to suspend account of hindutva oriented Kangna Ranaut, however they continue to feel loathsome to respond to demand for suspending accounts of likes of Sharjeel Usmani, Amanatullah khan etc despite their hate tweets against a particular religion. Regarding #toolkit they quickly jump to conclusion that #toolkit allegations of Sambit Patra is "media manipulated". What is evidence available with Twitter to come to conclusion that #toolkit allegations of Sambit Patra and other five BJP Leaders are media manipulated?. And if they have evidence available, let them share the same with Delhi Police probing the allegations.

Govt of India, albeit, quite late, but has finally swung into action against arbitrary conduct of Twitter. And GOI is quite right, when it demands twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms complying with law of land otherwise lose the privilege of "intermediary" and face endless litigations in Indian Courts.
