Is Corona Virus a biological weapon being used against right wing heads of states, opposed to Chinese interest?

 Is Corona virus a biological weapon being used by China selectively against right wing leaders, inimical to the interest of China?

Most affected countries of corona are anti China countries led by leaders, China hates.

Western Europe was impacted by virus but not eastern europe, who are mostly friends of China.

US & Brazil were impacted but not other south American Countries.

India is impacted by Corona virus but not it's neighbours like Bangladesh, Pakistan etc

Not only this, the virus is impacting right wing leaders. Earlier this virus got rid of Donald Trump in U.S. ; Jair Bolsonaro faced major crisis in Brazil . Again Borris Johnson had tough time in U.K. due to corona virus.

And now Modi has a very tough time  affecting his popularity due to this sudden, massive and lethal second wave of corona.

Looks like Corona virus selectively picking on right wing leaders so that they can't win next elections.

Is this corona virus a biological weapon being selectively used against right wing head of states, who are anti China/whom china considers as threat for their interest?
