BCI Chairman, apology to these NALSAR students? For what? What was your mistake?

 I am really upset with BCI Chairman today......आप NALSAR के स्टूडेंट्स से माफी मांग रहे हैं, पर किस लिये ? आपकी गलती क्या थी? Was Showing "anguish" for  "disrespecting" CJI on the basis of factually incorrect Cockroach remark attributed to CJI  was wrong on your part? If your "anguish" was right, why this माफी ?

 I am really upset today, हमारे BCI चेयरमैन NALSAR के students से माफी मांग रहे हैं, पर, क्यों? Yes,  what when you issued the order for not enrolling NALSAR advocates was wrong in the sense that you don't have any provision in BCI rules to deny enrolment on the basis of conduct like,  refusing to accept degrees from CJI.....and hence to the extent that you withdrew the order of their enrolment was a correct decision .....however all sensible people could understand your "anguish" expressed in issuing the order for non enrolment of these NALSAR students for showing their disrespect  to Chief Justice of India for refusing to accept their degrees from him just on his alleged "cockroach" remark, which CJI has clarified on so many occasions that he referred  "cockroaches" to those who have entered profession on the basis of fake degrees......and yet a political party has been  created attributing his remark to "entire" youth, which is factually incorrect ...while one can understand "political motivation" of political leadership of CJP,   Abhijit Dipke, Ashutosh Ranka etc(originally affiliated with AAP for long), who used "cockroach" remark to relaunch their sinking  political career in a new party called CJP.....but what about some of these NALSAR students?......वो उड़ता तीर क्यों ले रहे हैं?.....CJI has clarified on so many occasions that his cockroach remark was attributed to only those entering profession with fake degrees and not to entire youth.....Do these NALSAR students feel they are having fake degrees? ......Nobody doubting their LLB degrees.....and if you have genuine degrees, तुम लोग ये उड़ता तीर जो तिलचट्टों के लिए था, खुद क्यों ले रहे हो?.......So, to that extent BCI chairman was being correct in his anguish when he earlier issued non enrolment of these NALSAR Students.......they have certainly shown disrespect to CJI by firstly attributing factually incorrect "cockroach" remark to him made for "entire"  youth  and on the basis of  factually such wrong  remark, refusing to accept degrees from him....and that way, they definitely have shown disrespect  to CJI, the highest constitutional authority in the field of Judiciary, the profession these NALSAR students shall be shortly joining.......if students of a premier national law university interpret an observation concerning fake-degree holders as an allegation against the entire youth of India, one is entitled to ask whether the controversy is the result of genuine misunderstanding—or whether the remark has been deliberately transformed into a political narrative?.....And if these  NALSAR students are deliberately creating such political narrative for showing disrespect to CJI.....then BCI chairman was right in showing his "anguish" in his non enrolment order issued by him earlier..... I can understand the non enrolment order was technically wrong, which later on was withdrawn  .....but after that BCI  chairman saying मैं इन सभी विद्यार्थियों से माफी मांगता हूँ....Dipke Ji, your and our objectives towards students are the same..... I find totally wrong ....you were right in  your "anguish"  towards some of the  NALSAR students for showing disrespect to CJI .....you were also right in withdrawing technically incorrect order .....पर उनसे माफी मांगने की क्या जरूरत थी? उल्टा इन NALSAR स्टूडेंट्स को CJI से माफी मांगनी चाहिए.....Sir, I am highly upset with this....it is like "appeasement" of offenders, who are offending respect of CJI.....they are wrongly portraying themselves to be victims, which they are not.....then why this माफी?.....This is "appeasement" of offenders.
