 Well done Kapil Mishra! Being an insider of AAP for long time, you know how to aggressively expose your erstwhile colleagues I.e. Kejriwal & his gang. He has really exposed Manish Sisodia by asking probing questions about so called world class education model of Delhi.

Kapil Mishra is right, if Delhi's Govt schools have performed so well during last six years, why is it that enrolment in Pvt schools increasing and same dropping in Delhi Govt schools? Why is it that there has been sharp increase in number of students failing class ix and xi class examinations? Is it bcoz, by doing so, Delhi Govt schools want to show improved results in class X  and class XII Board examinations ? Before coming to power, he promised to build 500 new schools but during last six years, he is yet to add any new college or school.

 Anyway, Delhi is capital of the country, which has always  been better and advanced than other parts of the country in many respects including schools and education. So, what is this big fuss about better quality of govt schools in Delhi?They have always been better than their counter parts in the country. Delhi is the capital, where central govt, state govt, various civic authorities, cantonment boards etc. all work and invest towards it's development and upkeep and not state govt alone as is found in case of most of other states. In Delhi, most of the functions are handled by either central govt or civic agencies and only work left for Kejriwal is to dole out freebies for buying votes and  advertisement/ publicity and that is what he has been doing ever since he came to power.

Sometime back, he was talking of world class health infrastructure facilities being provided by Delhi Govt, however during current pandemic Union health minister Amit shah had to intervene twice when corona crisis had gone out of control of kejriwal. 

Despite all his failures, kejriwal shamelessly always makes loud false claims about his govt.

It may be noted that getting payment from traders after selling their produce would be a great hassle for farmers earlier. Under, the new act, not only the farmers have wider choice, whom to  sell their produce or not at market rates but now they have also provision to get their payment within three days of selling their produce.

Looks like, farmers are being incited by political parties for political reasons, otherwise new farmers act are beneficial to farmers in so many ways. This new farmers act is intended to benefit common poor farmers and help them free from clutches of commission agents(generally rich and powerful political leaders in the masks of farmers' leaders in Punjab etc.). As the vested interests of above-said political leaders are vastly affected by new farmers act, they are trying to mislead common poor farmers. 

Need of the hour is to educate ordinary farmers about new provisions of act and how the same are going to benefit them and I am sure within a few months, this kind of farmers' protest as being witnessed currently in form of "Dilli chalo" shall never happen.

U.S. Elections results & meaning of same for India.

Until now Donald Trump was firmly standing  between decline of U.S. Empire & coronation of China as a world's superpower, however now that Donald trump is going, we can expect coronation of China as world's new superpower, may be within a few years from now. What will be impact of China emerging as world's new superpower, we can expect very well.

Basically, defeat of Donald trump is victory of #Jihadi forces world over and China and both pose biggest threat to India but sadly many Indians are celebrating defeat of Donald Trump just bcoz he was "friend" of Narendra Modi. For them, "weakening" of Modi is more important than country's strategic interests.

On immediate basis victory of Joe Biden & Kamala Harris means, India will be under greater international attack, aided and abetted by congress, Leftist lobby and all Jihadi forces, on "Kashmir". The way, leftist forces have  been resurrected with Donald Trump in U.S., you may expect, Congress shall be encouraged to promise restoration of article 370 during next General elections. We can also expect, Congress and other opposition parties working more closely with China just to see Narendra Modi out of power and all our liberals shall be too willing to support such move .

Alarmed by leftist media's reports about 1st phase polls suggesting some possibility of return of Jungle raaj, voters are queueing up at polling booths during 2nd phase of voting today for not letting that happen. They continue to be unhappy with Nitish Kumar for not being able to meet their aspirations about development and creating employment opportunities, however at the same time they also are convinced that if Nitish Kumar led NDA failed 60%-70% in meeting  their aspirations on development/employment front, Lalu's son shall fail 200% on the above. If NDA's rule is not Ram Raaj, it's not Jungle Raaj either. They continue to be concerned about employment but they don't want to work in "apharan udyog" as an alternative. Hence, with the resolve to eliminate the possibility of return of "Jungle Raaj" and "apharan udyog", voters are "silently" casting their votes and " silent"  voters outnumber "vocal" voters today and same trend is likely to continue during subsequent phases of voting too hence results shall be too difficult to predict till all ballot boxes are opened for counting on 10th November.

Voting percent among middle class shall decide fate of NDA in Bihar elections.

 Majority for #NDA in #BiharElections2020 looks almost certain.Only point of interest is going to be no. of seats for the alliance. In this regard, performance of BJP shall be the key bcoz people are less than enthusiastic about #NitishKumar and hence JD(U)'s seats will shrink for sure and hence BJP need to perform very well, in fact, they will have to perform exceedingly well and for that, challenge for BJP will be pulling out voters to polling booths. Disillusionment of voters due to less than expected performance by Nitish Kumar and local NDA leaders coupled with fear for #Corona infection may demotivate BJP's voters especially in urban areas to come out in big number to vote. And hence PM Modi's charisma & fear for coming back of Lalu's  #JungleRaaj will only spur BJP's voters especially in urban areas to go to polling booths in large number in order to propel decent victory for NDA/BJP. Also, getting large number of seats is absolutely a must from BJP's point of view, in order to eliminate any Maharashtra like possibility in Bihar after election results and for that turn out of BJP's voters on polling day is of huge importance.

Was #HathrasIncident really a #GangRapeIncident?

Looks like whole incident of #Hathras before people is politically colored and creation of certain sections of media to defame Modi & Yogi.

Now, it is reported that one of the accused named in Gangrape wasn't in the village on the day of incident. He was working in the ice factory at the time of alleged incident and he was seen there by owner of ice factory and 25 other people.

Looks like, Hathras incident is result of old enmity between  families of victim and accused and reason of death of the victim is severe physical assault caused by somebody, not necessarily accused. Role of family members in this regard also can't be ruled out. And in this regard order of UP Govt for narco test for all , including family members of the victim was very appropriate. Anyway, now that #Hathras case has been handed over to CBI, we will know, whether #Hathras incident was a #Gangrape case or a violent  physical assault case against the victim? We will also get to  know, whether those who are named as accused were really involved in the alleged gangrape or physical violence against the victim or they have been implicated due to political interference. One thing is sure, politics has played a big role in this case and even daughter of local MP too had some role to play in worsening the situation. In a bid to outcompete dalit politics of Bhim army, she interfered in the case initially and unwittingly has caused huge self goal against the govt, she is supporting.

One thing is sure opposition and a section of media has picked upon this incident to defame popular CM of UP, however, common masses still believe and trust UP CM. Yogi Ji's image will shine brighter after CBI investigation into this alleged gang rape incident.

Though Anurag Kashyap is a #BollyWood director, however he has been mostly in news for wrong reasons; like  claiming bwood is supprting #Rhea and not   #SSR bcoz #SSR was a druggist, for misbehaving with Kangana & Arnab Goswami on social media for their support to #JusticeForSSR. 

However, he is mostly in news for his open support to #TukdeTukdeGang and for his malicious comments against PM Modi.

Since yesterday, Anurag Kashyap is again in news for sexually harassing and exploiting an upcoming actress, namely, Payal Ghosh. In an interview to a telugu News Channel, she has alleged that anurag kashyap tried to physically force himself on her. On social media, she has appealed to PM Modi to help her from this demon called anurag kashyap. DCW chairperson, Rekha Sharma has taken cognizance of the complaint and NCW is going to initiate NCW  proceedings against #AnuragKashyap for sexual harrassment against the actress.

Recently, there was a sexual harrassment  complaint by a model against Sajid Khan, Bollywood director & nephew of Javed Akhtar/Shabana Azmi, brother of top bollywood director Farah Khan and cousin of Farhan Akhtar, Zoya Akhtar and very close to King Khan. Back in 2018, multiple women had come out to share their #MeToo experiences against Sajid Khan, following which he stepped down as director of Housefull 4, which was released last year.

Unfortunately, whole of the powerful #tukdetukdegang of  #BollyWood industry remains silent,not a word against anurag kashyap or sazid khan despite alleged sexual harrassment complaints  against them by model/ actress  of Bollywood industry . It may be noted that while common masses are trying to expose the culprits, Rajdeep Sardesai, the senior most anchor of aaj tak/India Today is trying his level best to save them. Anybody, who may raise suspicion against Rhea Chakraborty and scion of  ap political family, he gets angry and defensive as if he is being called as murderer of #SushantSinghRajput. While all  those, who  talk in support of justice for Sushant in media are immediately accused by Rajdeep for conducting media trial, however Rajdeep too is conducting media trial but not in favour of justice but against justice for #SushantSinghRajput.

Is Prashant Bhushan above the law?

 

After his conviction in a contempt of court case, he along with his urban naxal  gang is trying to put pressure on court, not to pass any punishment order on 20th august. Rather they want matter to be heard by a larger bench in open court after pandemic and hence until then no punishment order be passed against Prashant Bhushan.

Why? Is Prashant Bhushan above the law so that he be treated differently from rest of the convicts. Just because he has huge support of urban naxal gang, he is entitled to be treated differently from the rest? Courts in India, on daily basis , pass conviction order in thousands of cases and same is followed by sentencing order against the convict. This is the standard Justice delivery system. Nobody can demand, no, sentencing order can't be passed against me until case is heard in a different manner, as per my/convict's choice. 

Nobody is above the law including Prashant Bhushan. He is a convict and he and his urban naxal gang have no right to demand different kind of Justice delivery system in case of Prashant Bhushan. Through, due process of law, Prashant Bhushan has been found guilty and he has no choice but to face the rule of law. If at post conviction stage, sentencing order is passed in all other cases, same has to be passed in case of Prashant Bhushan too. Prashant Bhushan is like any other citizen of the country and hence he should stop demanding a privileged/different  treatment in his case just because he has support of urban naxal gang, which is a very powerful group comprising of powerful people  from all walks of life and which has the ability to scare anybody in the country through their tweets, activism on  social media/mainstream media to tarnish image of anybody, who dare to shake their authority, which is what they have been doing ever since Prashant Bhushan was found guilty by supreme court. They have only one agenda, to help Prashant Bhushan get away with punishment for his offence. However, I am sure, enough is enough. This time no pressure from Prashant Bhushan and his urban naxal gang will work. Prashant Bhushan deserves to be in Tihar for his series of offence either related to his irresponsible remarks against judiciary or his open advocacy for separation of Kashmir from India and hopefully supreme court shall not allow itself to be pressurised by Prashant Bhushan and his urban naxal gang and they will pass sentencing order, as per  schedule on 20th August.

Instead of cursing Judiciary, Prashant Bhushan should thank it.

 

Prashant Bhushan instead of venting out his anger against Judiciary for declaring him guilty for contempt of court, should rather thank apex court that by sending him to Tihar for six months,they will be providing him an opportunity to render  highest quality of  free legal aid to thousands of poor prisoners, who due to lack of money are unable to hire good lawyers and due to lack of  quality of legal services, hapless poor prisoners have been languishing in Jail for years.

 Also, during his stay in Tihar, he  will be able to see for himself  many ills afflicting Tihar Jail system and many corrupt among Jail authorities and after coming out, he will be able to file several PILs in SC for curing the Jail system & authorities.

Indeed a God send opportunity to Prashant Bhushan through my Lords to help poor prisoners and cure Jail system/authorities!

And if he doesn't like to help hapless poor prisoners & cure Tihar system/authorities, he will be able to atleast further expand his clientele among terrorists & tukde tukde gang, as they are in Tihar in abundance.

Though as per Delhi govt, cases are dropping but this is also a fact that number of containment zones had reached 732(manifold increase just within two months) few days ago. Also, now, geographical spread of corona virus is all across  Delhi. Everyday cases from some new area are being added. Also, contrary to claim of Delhi govt about online data from all containment zones, fact of the matter is data from at least 20% containment zones are mostly missing.

On top of it, Delhi govt is mostly using rapid antigen testing, which is highly unreliable testing. Through this testing method, you are sure about +ve cases but not sure about -ve cases. If -ve cases are repeated for RT-PCR testing, at least 15%-20% turn positive. Take the case of Bachchan family. Initially,  Aishwarya, Aradhya, Jaya Bachchan were tested -ve after rapid antigen test  but after proper testing(through RT-PCR test) Aishwarya, Aradhya turned positive. 

This kind of false portrayal of corona's picture in Delhi by Delhi Govt is inspiring a false sense of confidence among the people that everything in Delhi is fine now but this kind of complacency might be misleading in reality.

Kejriwal Ji, use money to create Jobs & not one more among many Job portals already available.

 

From morning to evening, our eyes and ears are tired of watching your advertisements about your so called new initiative of creating a Job portal, where job seekers can get themselves registered and search for jobs. I wonder do we have not enough number of Job portals like naukri.com, timesjobs , monsterindia etc., where job seekers can search jobs? All these job portals have database of millions of job seekers. Almost all the job seekers' biodata are stored in the database of these job portals. These job portals are very user-friendly and almost all the job seekers are visiting these job portals on continuous basis.Also all these job portals have job  advertisements of almost all  the jobs, from peon to CEO,  available in the market.

When Job seekers & employers  have so wide choices available with them, prachar mantri CM Sahab, why are you wasting millions of tax payers' money over advertisement of  Delhi Govt's so called new initiative during this pandemic ? If you had really right intention, instead of wasting money over your lofty advertisements, you would have used Delhi Govt's existing employment exchange more efficiently?

Prachar mantri CM sahab, if you are keen on helping people with jobs, create jobs with millions of tax payers' money being wasted over advertisements instead of creating another job portal and wasting money over it's advert. people need jobs and not another job portal.

#SushantSinghRajputDeath: CBI Probe is a must now

Possibility of murder can't be ruled out & case must be handed over to CBI to arrive at the truth of Sushant's death under  mysterious circumstances.

 On the basis of information now emerging in bits & pieces from various sources especially from Sushant's friends, now it appears, possibility of the murder can't be ruled out in Sushant's case. Looks like, his case is in someway linked to murder of his ex manager Disha Salian, just a few days preceding  suicide/murder of Sushant. Possibly he knew some secret about murder of his ex manager. In order to eliminate any possibility of Sushant spilling the beans about the above-said murder, certain people conspired to murder Sushant with help of Sushant's close friends, flat mates and his personal staff at his flat.

In order to arrive at the truth, two persons should be arrested immediately and grilled thoroughly. They are namely,  Rhea Chakraborty, Sushant's long time girl friend, who had abandoned him only a few days before Sushant was found dead & his flat mate Sidharth Pithani, who was the prime witness to suicide/murder of Sushant under mysterious circumstances at his flat.

Also, now it is certain that despite Maharashtra police being very capable, there can't be justice to Sushant due to powerful nexus between Maharashtra politicians & bollywood actors and as Bihar police can't investigate properly without co-operation of Maharashtra police, the case should be handed  over to #CBI and for that, intervention of supreme court is a must now.

Corona Cases in Delhi are declining but only on paper.

Delhi govt conducting more tests but test reports are highly unreliable and it is giving a false sense that corona cases are declining in Delhi. In fact, RT-PCR tests are more reliable tests to ascertain positivity of corona ;however Delhi Govt has been deliberately using antigen tests, which can be conducted faster and cheaper but it's results are unreliable, as it tends to identify large number of cases as negative, which infact turn out to be  positive, when repeated through RT-PCR tests.

In Delhi, since 18th June, testing has increased. Almost 2.8 lakh tests have been conducted but same have been conducted through antigen testing and not RT-PCR. Out of 2.8 lakh tests through antigen testing almost 7% , approx. 20,000 were found to be positive. Ideally, for remaining, 2.6 lakh persons, whose tests were found to be negative, RT-PCR tests should have been repeated, however RT-PCR tests were conducted for 1365 persons, not 2.6 lakh persons. Out of repeat tests for 1365 persons, 18% tests were found to be positive.

Now, we can realize, Delhi CM inorder to give a false sense of decline in cases, has resorted to antigen tests. On paper, testing has increased, positive cases tend to be declining but in reality situation is not improving.

Don't oppose Baba Ramdev's Corona Kit Just for political reasons.

Don't oppose Baba Ramdev just for hake of it; if his corona kit can't cure your corona, at least it will enhance your immunity and certainly it will have no side effect like we may experience in case of many allopathic medicines.

Nobody opposes some cream promising your skin to turn white, nobody opposes when some allopathic medicine claims to increase your height, nobody has problem, if some medicines are sold for sharpening one's mind despite no evidence justifying the above-said claims.

If people don't have any problem with all the above-said claims of allopathic medicines, why do we oppose Ramdev's corona kit(costing meagre Rs. 535/-). Probably at the most, It mayn't achieve the desired objective, but it can't cause any harm to anybody, what may happen with many allopathic drugs being given to corona patients, having only partial evidence of the success.

Today, so many people are feeling irked by Baba Ramdev's corona kit that not only they are opposing but Rajasthan & Maharashtra governments have threatened to file cases against Baba Ramdev.

Looks like, allopathic medical science is opposing it because they are suffering from complex that what whole of medical/scientific fraternity all across the globe  couldn't develop during last six months, how Baba can develop ayurvedic solution for the same  just within 3-4 months? Rest of the people are opposing just because of political reasons, Baba's perceived closeness to powers-that-be at the centre.

Corona Kit of Baba Ramdev: fact check of trial

Many of us including me support Baba Ramdev  for his contribution to popularising yoga, Ayurved, Swadeshi movement etc but despite the above as rational persons  we should also  know the pros & cons of his medicine for corona.

Trial of coronil  was conducted by patanjali only on asymptomatic & mildly symptomatic patients. Severely symptomatic patients were excluded from trial & mildly symptomatic patients when developed fever were administered allopathic medicines.

This is what I had written yesterday and same proving correct that Corona kit of Baba Ramdev may be  applicable on patients only on asymptomatic patients  &  patients with mild symptoms, comprising of  about 90% of total corona patients. So, we all should know that this kit will be helpful for most of corona patients, may be upto 90% patients but for severely symptomatic patients, this kit mayn't be helpful. Such severely symptomatic patients, 5%-10% patients may have to fall back upon allopathic medicines only to save their lives.

Whatever may be its limitation, it would be helpful for the common masses bcoz for its economical cost Rs.535/- for entire kit, if it helps 90% of corona patients, it's worth it. Even expensive allopathic medicine of Glenmark, Rs. 103 per tablet(total treatment cost, probably, Rs. 30K-35K)

don't claim 100% cure. 

In a nutshell, Corona kit of Baba Ramdev should be very popular bcoz it's affordable and likely to boost our immunization and most likely to cure at least 90% of patients. Only thing, we should avoid to take their claim on face value that it can cure all patients within a week.

One may criticize Baba Ramdev for going overboard and claiming that with his medicines, corona can be cured 100% within 3-7 days. In the present times, when best of doctors and scientists, despite their best of efforts during six months, have not been able to find any medicine/vaccine to cure corona 100%, prudence demanded that baba ramdev should have exercised caution & patience before making claim of 100% cure within a week. To that extent, baba ramdev may be criticized. However dismissing his products as trash and making fun of him is also not justified in the absence of any data about efficacy of his product in fighting corona. We must not forget that baba ramdev's patanjali has launched large number of products in the market during last 7-8 years and most of his products are hugely popular among masses. Quite a number of his products have become regular part of our households. Most of the established FMCG companies, Like HLL, Dabur etc are having very tough time in competing with patanjali products. This kind of popularity of his products won't have sustained for 7-8 years continuously, if his products were found to be trash after use by millions of people on daily basis.

Infact, barring few rational critics who are simply questioning his "100% cure claim", most of other critics are using this occasion to settle their ideological differences with Baba ramdev. Everyone knows, baba ramdev talks of swadeshi, atma nirbhar bharat, hindutva philosophy, & on top of it , he is supposedly an admirer of  Modi and all those who profess different ideology are using this occasion to come heavy on baba ramdev.

My request, let baba exercise some restraint on his claim ;however people also should wait before dismissing Ramdev's claim outrightly. One thing I am sure, even if Ramdev's medicine is not able to treat "critical" 5%-10% corona patients, it will be at least be efficacious in case of 90% patients with mild symptoms. And even if his medicine is able to tackle 90% of mild cases, most of the Indians will thank baba ramdev instead of keep railing against him for his 100% claim.

Treating Corona patients in Delhi worse than animals.

Delhi CM wants Delhi Govt hospitals barred for outsiders, where even people of Delhi are scared to go.

Even People of Delhi are cursing why they went to LNJP Hospital & other hospitals of Delhi Govt.and still  Delhi CM wants to close these hospitals for patients from other states. Patients went there in not so bad condition, curable with even ordinary treatment but after going to Delhi Govt hospitals, situation went out of control and ultimately only their dead bodies came out. In fact even dead bodies remained inside for days unattended and afterwards relatives  had tough time for even decent burial of dead bodies of the deceased.

Due to this horrible condition in Delhi Govt hospitals, supreme court had to say " treating patients of corona patients  in Delhi is worse than animals". Courts have also severely rebuked govt for not testing more. In fact as cases started increasing in Delhi, Kejriwal govt started discouraging testing by putting so many conditions and result is today rate of positivity has reached 36% I.e. every 3rd person tested in Delhi is likely to be positive.

One can understand, handling this kind of pandemic is too difficult for any govt. However, this is also true that most of CMs have been doing their best without making any noise like Delhi CM. Since 24th March, only job Kejriwal is doing is to come on national TV channels live on daily basis, as if he is not Chief minister of a city but Chief Minister of India and during these appearances he would be making false and tall claims. He has been spending thousands of crores on TV & news paper  advt making tall & false claims. 

One can understand, this pandemic is not easy to handle for any govt, however in Delhi, situation is far too serious because Kejriwal instead of working seriously has only indulged in publicity, spending huge tax payers' money only on promoting himself rather than expending his efforts and money for providing  infrastructure & facilities for corona treatment.

Delhi can't be left to the mercy of God; urgent intervention is needed to save lives of millions of people.

Situation reaches alarming level in Delhi; Delhi now having second highest active cases(14456) after Maharashtra(39935) but much higher than other states like, Tamil Nadu(12135); Gujarat(4779).

Situation getting worrisome in Delhi everyday. Cases are on rise, number of active cases highest after Maharashtra despite very low testing rate(avg testing varying between 506 to maxm 2018 per million people in various districts of Delhi) but positivity  rate reaching 25.7%(per 100 people tested), official death figure reaches 650, despite several  allegations for several weeks that Delhi Govt is hiding death figure, due to corona. 

Despite the above, beds for corona patients are not available in Delhi Govt hospitals. Most of the patients have to quarantine at their homes. Even many serious patients due to lack of beds are not getting admission in hospitals and are losing their lives.

In a nutshell, situation in Delhi has reached alarming level and situation is getting worrisome with each passing day. However, instead of tackling the situation, Delhi CM still is more interested in his publicity and is interested in showing his face on national TV channels frequently  on one pretext or another. Instead of handling situation, Delhi Govt is trying to issue gag orders to Pvt labs so that there are lesser testing, so that lesser number of corona cases are reported. It may be noted that for last several weeks, there has been allegations that  Delhi Govt has been hiding actual death figures due to corona. In order to deflect attention from his failures, Delhi CM has again embarked on the path of  confrontation, sometimes sealing the borders, sometimes doubting data of RML Hospital on corona, sometimes asking for money from centre to pay salary to Delhi Govt staff etc.

To sum up, situation in Delhi has become very alarming and is likely to worsen further and as Delhi Govt is unable to tackle the situation, some intervention is immediately needed and lives of millions of people can't be left to the mercy of totally inept Delhi Govt.

#UnLockDown1.0 Let health needs be balanced with economic needs now.

Along with health needs, economic needs are also important.

#Lockdown1.0 to 4.0,  for 67 days was used to create awareness about dangers of corona and ways and manners to avoid the same through social distancing, wearing mask, using sanitizers/washing hands frequently etc. and at the same time to develop medical infrastructure during the interim period to cope up with Corona Cases. 

 India at beginning of LockDown1.0,was having almost dismal facilities to test and treat corona and ever  since  has come a long way. Lockdown period has been utilised by central and state governments to develop much needed medical infrastructures to test and treat corona.Almost all states used lockdown period of over two months to develop large number of testing centres, dedicated corona centres. India has also used the opportunity to produce medical equipments like testing equipments, ventilators, PPE Kits, masks, sanitizers etc. for coping up with corona.  Today, India is almost self sufficient in these areas and in fact has reached the stage of exporting some of these equipments, required for fighting corona.

Also, two months of lockdown has created awareness that there is no vaccine or medicine for corona and only way they can avoid corona is by way of social distancing. This message has gone all across including the villages and as a result of this awareness even villagers are following social distancing well and in fact  are better  vigilant and proactive than their urban counterparts about the surrounding/people, who might infect them with corona.

After creating awareness and developing  medical infrastructure at reasonable level, this is high time, we started thinking about earning our livelihood too. Given the fact that corona is going  to stay for several months, may be even for longer than a year, it's high time, we started caring about earning our livelihoods and hence unlocking of the lockdown in phases starting with #UnLockDown1.0 is a welcome step. Now that we have learnt how to help avoid corona, we now need to follow these measures and at the same time also start working  for earning our livelihoods in a cautious and calibrated manner.

Corona cases in Delhi at 14100; Looks like Kejriwal is fighting corona in Delhi only through his advertisements,  press conferences, telecast live nationally.

Kejriwal promised 30 thousand beds for people of Delhi but now informs Delhi high court that Delhi Govt hospitals have only 3150 beds.Even these hospitals are of little use, since most of the recoveries are happening in Central Govt hospitals like AIIMS, Safdarjung, RML etc. His much famed "Mohalla Clinics" are being found to be of no use in current scenario. #CoronaWarriors fighting corona are majorly from Delhi police under central Govt, sanitizing staff from MCD and doctors majorly from Central Govt and MCD hospitals. His claim about feeding 4 lakh poor people two times a day, has been found to be hollow claim. Conditions were created such that lakhs of Poor workers from U.P., Bihar working in Delhi were forced to leave because their stay in Delhi potentially threatened to increase corona cases in Delhi but despite all the above omissions/tricks, corona cases in Delhi today stand at 14100. Kejriwal has been hiding death figures too due to corona in the official data of Delhi Govt. About a week ago, corona figures officially stood at 160; however TV 9 Bharatvarsh & Amar Ujala showed actual figures, verified from crematoriums of Delhi, at 579.

Looks like Kejriwal is fighting corona only through his Press Conferences, telecast live nationally, thanks to crores of Delhi Govt ads to Print/Electronic media.

Why Rahul Gandhi shedding "crocodile" tears about suffering of migrant workers now?

Doesn't Rahul Gandhi know, all the pains of migrant workers today are the gifts of his family controlled misrule of 60 years?

During the misrule of 60 years, they only played politics in the name of poor instead of ameliorating their conditions. Slogan of "Garibi hatao" was given simply for votes instead of alleviating poverty of poor. They were hardly concerned about growth with equity and  balanced development of different regions of the country and as a result rich became richer, poor became poorer, developed states became more developed and backward states became more backward and problem of migrant workers arose and became more acute over the years due to this "lopsided" development approach of Congress during 60 years. Even Rahul Gandhi had recently  full  control over UPA Govt for 10 long years but during which also poor remained poor and all the congress leaders became filthy rich at the cost of these poor masses and Rahul Gandhi during all these years never cared  for poor migrant workers, whose tears he is trying to wipe out now, while being in opposition.

Even today also, if Rahul Gandhi had some sincerity towards migrant workers even Congress ruled states like Maharashtra, Rajasthan,  Punjab etc. would have taken care of migrant workers well so that they wouldn't have been forced to head for their villages in U.P., Bihar etc. Even congress ruled Chattisgarh hasn't been able to do anything for their workers working outside. When her sister Priyanka Vadra had to play politics in the name of migrant workers of U.P., thousand of buses of Rajasthan Govt were lined up but these buses were not to be found, when millions of workers, in the absence of rail/bus started walking on roads and railway tracks in different parts of the country including in  congress ruled states. Same Rajasthan Govt  buses were not to be found, when thousands of outside students at Kota in Rajasthan were crying and protesting to help them move to their native states. That time, U.P. C.M Yogi Ji followed by other states had to send buses to Kota to bring back students of their states.

Fact of the matter is Rahul Gandhi & his family members have no concern for poor/migrant workers. They are simply indulging in dramatics/cheap politics in the  name of migrant workers instead of having any concern for these poor migrant workers. Let Rahul Gandhi at least take care of migrant workers in Congress ruled states and half of the problems of migrant workers in India shall be solved.

प्रवासी मजदूरों के मुद्दे पर कृपया राजनीति ना करें।

पूरे भारत में प्रवासी मजदूरों की संख्या 15-20 करोड़ है। इतने सारे लोगों को गांव से बड़े शहरों और औद्योगिक इलाकों में पहुंचने में कितने वर्ष लगे होंगे? और उस हिसाब से दुबारा से अपने घर लौटने में कितना समय लगना चाहिए और उसी हिसाब से वो सरकार को/रेलवे विभाग को उनके घर वापसी कराने में कितना समय देना चाहेंगे? और अगर आर्थिक मजबूरी के चलते  उन्हें घर छोड़ना पड़ा तो क्या वो आज इतने समृद्ध हो गए हैं कि गांव जाकर  सुख समृद्धि के साथ  बाकी समय  व्यतीत कर सकें? क्या गांव जाकर वो बाकी ग्रामीणों के लिए कोरोना संक्रमण की समस्या नहीं बढ़ाएंगे? क्या बिहार, ओडिसा, और पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश में चिकित्सा की सुविधा इतनी विकसित है कि प्रवासी मजदूरों के कारण बढ़े कोरोना संक्रमण का सामना हो पायेगा?

ये बड़े सारे सवाल हैं जिनका जवाब अगर हम ईमानदारी से  ढूंढना चाहें तो शायद प्रवासी मजदूर के मुद्दे पर राजनीति करना बंद कर देंगे। कोरोना एक बहुत बड़ी आपदा है इसलिए प्रवासी मजदूरों को वापस भेजने की अपेक्षा उनको वर्तमान स्थानों पर रोक कर, फिर से उन्हें काम पर लगाने के बारे में सोचना चाहिए ना कि इस मुद्दे पर राजनीति करने की।

Exodus of #MigrantWorkers to hurt all concerned very soon.

Exodus of #MigrantWorkers shall start hurting all those states very soon , whose indifference/provocation has led them to leave.

Those states, whose indifference to pitiable conditions of migrant workers has led to their exodus, most probably, won't have these workers coming back for few years at least for sure. Unfortunate but it is a sad reality, production, construction and many allied activities in most of these states are going to be severely affected in coming weeks, when #LockDown starts opening in phased manner. I must say, most of the concerned state goverments, deliberately have encouraged exodus of #MigrantWorkers through their criminal negligence to their sad plight. These states thought, poor #MigrantWorkers living in congested surroundings  would add to corona cases thus affecting their performance on fighting corona and hence these #MigrantWorkers be encouraged/provoked to leave. This trend was first encouraged by Arvind Kejriwal Govt immediately after  #LockDown 1.0 in Delhi and soon thereafter this was picked up by many other states. 

If in bad times, you can't support #MigrantWorkers, you should know, in good times they are not going to support you.

PM should make a "direct personal appeal" to #MigrantWorkers.

It's high time, PM made direct appeal to migrant workers through televised address, urging them to remain put at, whatever locations they are. At the same time, construction and manufacturing activities should be allowed to be resumed at the earliest  with social distancing restrictions. 

He should assure them that  manufacturing & construction activities shall resume soon and hence they shouldn't rush to their native places. Problem is if the above activities resume tomorrow, there will not be enough labours left for the work and thus jeopardising interests of labour as well as industry. There is another reason for discouraging them to go to their native places. If large number of migrant workers reach their villages, there is likelihood of spreading of corona in the remote villages too,  which thanks to God, so far remain largely much  safer. If corona spreads to villages too, it will be nightmare for the country. In that situation nobody can save this country.

So, it is high time, PM speaks to CMs of all the states fix accountability of state Governments for outflow of #MigrantWorkers, ask them to prevent outflow and allocate state governments  with special finance meant for this purpose.

Why PM should make appeal through televised address? Not only bcoz he is PM of the country but mainly bcoz most of the people including #MigrantWorkers listen to PM Modi with rapt attention and if PM Modi makes a passionate appeal to #MigrantWorkers, their movement shall majorly stop for sure. #LockDown is not fault of anybody. That was  the need of the hour, however at the same time, it is heart wrenching to watch migrant workers , walking on foot, hundreds of kilometers in most difficult conditions and then losing their lives in accidents on railway tracks and on roads. Whatever be the reason, it must stop now.

Let's stop becoming wiser after the event

Those currently showing so much of concern for migrant workers must answer, was #LockDown needed, when #LockDown 1.0 was announced on 24th march & could they anticipate lockdown continuing for so long? If some of them feel so wise now, they should answer, if they were placed in decision making process for #LockDown 1.0, what would they have done to mitigate anticipated hardship of migrant workers? In India, there are several crores of migrant workers working in different parts of the country, would these wiser people have waited for several months before resorting to #Lockdown on 24th march bcoz moving these millions of migrant workers safely with social distancing criterion would have taken at least a month or two. Was India on 24th march, ready for waiting for #Lockdown for so many days/months?

Fact is, becoming wise after the event is nothing uncommon and new  and same is happening now. Fact of the matter is #LockDown was urgently needed when it was announced on 24th march. We all thought, lockdown would end soon but it didn't happen. Also, protecting villages from corona infection was/is bigger concern for all the governments and hence all the responsible state governments want(ed) to avoid it to maximum extent. Also,governments would have earlier thought that industry might start working sooner and hence let migrant workers stay put at their working locations instead of being sent  to their native places.

In fact, all the above would have been the considerations, why the migrant workers were not moved initially and are being moved now. Most importantly, when #LockDown 1.0 was announced, our top focus was preparedness for coping up with situation we are in today. At that point of time, we had abysmal corona testing kits/testing facilities, PPEs, dedicated covid hospitals, quarantine centres etc.,  however today we are much better prepared, if not fully prepared to fight corona than what situation, we were in on 24th march. At this point of time, we realize, corona is going to stay much longer and hence we have to learn to live with it and that's what we are doing now. Despite lockdown, many areas have been opened, migrant workers are being given choice to go back their homes.

In a nutshell, all the governments, central as well as State, have been doing their best since day 1 of lockdown and they continue to do their best for the health as well as  economic needs of their people and hence we should exercise restraint and co-operate with our governments, instead of becoming hypercritical of them.
